It is entirely hand stitched except in piecing the long lines of the skirt together. I created a box pleated edging of the same material to trim the bodice. The sleeves are sans ornament.

A costume piece created for my daughter, as she grows. The neckline and sleeves are further ornamented with red edging.

1860′s corset in watered green dupioni with cotton duck for structure. Metal bones and hand stitched eyelets. Closes with a 10 inch busk.

Late 1700s corset in modern yellow floral fabric with blue bias binding. Spiral boning. Hand made eyelets for lacing.

1860′s cotton day dress in brick red with white dot clusters. Drapes over a 110 inch crinoline and petticoat. Traditional hook and eye closure down the front of  the bodice. Piping trims the sleeves at shoulder. Attachable cotton collar with lace edging added for variety.
